TFL relies on donations and advertising to keep running. There are several ways you can help! Make a donation and get access to the TFL donators package, buy something from the TFL Store or visit our advertisers. We also have a banner rotation for fanlistings and fansites. Every bit helps! Every person's application is considered on its own merit. Staffers, Trouble Checkers, former staffers, and even the senior staff do not get preference for fanlistings. Staffers applying in their own category ask another staffer to oversee the fanlisting decision. For popular subjects, we often get several staffers (five or more, usually) to help make the decision. The senior staff monitors application decisions closely to ensure there is no bias, either towards the staff or any other member of the Network.
