This is a update of for the General category.

If you’ve sent a message using this form during the past two weeks and have not yet received a response, please re-send it. Something, I don’t know what, has managed to corrupt my Outlook Express, taking all my downloaded email with it. :( I’m very annoyed as I’ve realised there’s no way to restore it, so please, if you haven’t received a response to your GENERAL question/suggestion/comment, please resent it here – however if your questions/suggestion/comment is for an individual staff member, please email them at one of the addresses found on the category status page – thank you.
