Games: new rule

This is a update of for the Games category.

NEW RULE for the Games category: There will only be one general fanlisting for characters that appear in multiple games. For example, there can only be one fanlisting for Mario from the Mario Bros. series and other games in which Mario appears (like Mario Party). The only exception to this rule is if a character is so different in personality and history among games, he/she requires a separate FL for different games. (Think Rogue from the Marvel comics versus Rogue from the X-men movie, or Yuna from FFX versus Yuna from FFX-2.) This exception does NOT include things like new powers or new character designs. Character FLs approved before this rule will not be affected.
