Updates

This is a update of for the Places category.

I made quite a few changes in the category, adding new subcategories (General Places, Accomodation, Schools/Universities) and moving all suburbs, neighbourhoods or whatever you want to call them into the Towns/Cities subcategory.
Applications are already sorted and decided on, and I will enter them into the database tomorrow. :)
