Actresses: Notice

Posted by Jen @ 8:51 pm (link)

This is a update of notice for the Actresses category.

Lately, I’ve gotten quite a few people stating that they didn’t recieve one or more of their troubles noticies from the last update. I am not the Troubles staffer, so I really can’t offer you an explaination of what happened. However, as the Applications staffer, I want to give everyone a chance to contact me about the situation.

If your fanlisting was removed from the network and you did not recieve one or more of your troubles notices, please send an e-mail to actresses@thefanlistings.org with the following information:

Your Name:
Fanlisting Subject:
Fanlisting URL:
Additional Comments:

Please be aware that this will not guarantee that your fanlisting is returned to you. Also, I ask you to please be aware that this is not my fault, so please keep your snippy tones to a nonexistent level. I understand that you are upset about having your listing removed, but biting my head off really isn’t going to get you anywhere.

If you have already sent in a contact form/application about the situation, there is no need to e-mail as well.

Thank you.

Did You Know?

It's unfortunate that we have to reject people for fanlistings they apply for, but it's what has to be done if more than one person applies for a fanlisting. If you've received more than one rejection from us, please don't take it personally. It may be due to a number of reasons -- the most likely one is that there was more than one applicant for the fanlisting and a final decision had to be made. Often these are very difficult and it isn't a "problem" with you.
