Potential TFL Errors

This is a announcement update of possible errors for the General category.

We are doing a few upgrades around the board and main site. You may see a few errors, or be unable to access certain parts of TFL for the next few hours. We are working on making this as smooth as possible. But please bear with us if there are any errors :) Things should be back to normal in an hour or two. *hugs*
