This is a complete update of announcements, applications, and troubles for the Arts and Design category.

Just a quick announcement of a small change to the Arts and Design category. A new subcategory - Digital Arts/Artists - has been added to cover all digital art forms, and artists whose work is created on a computer. This change has been made with hopes of making the category easier for visitors to navigate. All fanlisting owners with fanlistings affected by this change have been contacted. :)
