Did You Know?

Our "new update date rule" requires that dates be written out (e.g., 5th March 2005) or a key provided next to the date (e.g., 05/02/05 [dd/mm/yy]). This rule was introduced because TFL tries to cater to people across the world. Using date formats like dd/mm or mm/dd without explaining what they are is very confusing, since one is used in the US and the other in Europe and other countries. We were getting several report forms for sites that were actually being updated because people assumed that the date was the other way around.
