Sports: Applications & Category Changes

This is a complete update of applications and category changes for the Sports category.

Upcoming Sports

Category Changes

A new rule has been introduced to the Sports category. It basically helps to clarify if subjects belong in the Sports or Hobbies and Recreation category. The new rule states:

“A subject is considered a sport if it involves competitions and/or championships. Otherwise it is considered a recreation and belongs in the Hobbies and Recreation category.”

Because of this rule, the Hiking fanlisting has been moved to the Hobbies and Recreation category. It is not open for applications in Sports.

Did You Know?

TFL does not approve fanlistings on a first-come first-served basis. We feel that that would be rather unfair! Applications are held for at least a week, and then the staffer goes through each application to try and select the best owner.
